        Since 2005, Ultralife Support Coordination Inc. has been helping individuals with developmental disabilities and their families find the support they need to live happy, fulfilling, and more independent lives. Led by Karen Wilds-Sylvain and a caring team of experienced Support Coordinators, we're here to guide you through the Florida Medicaid Waiver program and help make the process easier to understand.
